Our journey begins with the creation of our insoles. To give them their unique fabric design patterns, we print them onto sheets of paper. These printed papers are then stacked alongside blank fabrics, which will become the top surface of our insoles.

Turning Up the Heat

The next step is where the magic happens. We send the printed papers and the fabric into a heat transfer machine. The high heat applied in this process transfers the design from the paper onto the fabrics. It's a crucial step in crafting our one-of-a-kind insoles.

A Responsible Approach to By-Products

Once the design transfer is complete, we're left with a by-product – the paper. In many manufacturing processes, this paper would be deemed as waste and sent to waste treatment facilities, contributing to environmental pollution.

Redefining Waste: A Second Life for Paper

We're on a mission to actively reduce production waste and find innovative ways to give these by-products a new purpose. Instead of sending the waste papers to treatment facilities, we gather and repurpose them in a meaningful way.

Packaging with Purpose

Our solution? We reuse these papers as packaging tissue for our products. They wrap our insoles, ensuring they arrive to you in perfect condition. It's a small step, but it's a significant one in our journey toward sustainability.
